Morse Classic Home Solutions is owned by Steve Morse. Steve has been building and remodeling homes since 1976. Steve graduated from Purdue University with degrees in Architectural and Construction Technology.
He’s a lifetime member of the Purdue Alumni.
Steve was an active member of the NAHB/BAGI for over 30 years.
Steve was also a member of the Builder 20 club, “The Nails” for years. The Nails is a group of custom builders from all over the country that meet in different members’ cities to discuss all facets of the buinsess to learn better ways to build, meet customer expectations, design, implement building styles, and more.
Building & Remodeling
Build in our communities or on your own land.We specialize in working with homeowners to turn raw, untapped land into their dream home setting. We help with land development, bringing utilities to the land, home siting, permitting, engineering, and everything in between.
Renovation
We can assist with room additions, basement finishes, kitchen/bath remodels, all the way up to whole house renovations. We even work with investors to renovate and sell distressed investment properties.
Construction Management
We offfer our building expertise and contractor/supplier contacts to homeowners who wish to take a more hands on approach to building their dream home.
Realty
Licensed realtor for over 30 years, helping both buyers and sellers. Provide personalized service to sellers and buyers, specializing in negotiating skills needed after initial offer to work through any hurdles encountered moving offer to final closing, and, using building experience to provide assistance in any construction related issues.
